The international fair will cover 75 thousand square meters of exhibition space, with the participation of more than 700 exhibiting companies representing more than five thousand brands. Thus, during the exhibition days, more than 35 thousand professional visitors are expected to visit the fair.
The objective of the fair is to promote economic reactivation, reaffirm Chile’s important role in the construction industry and real estate investment, enhance the sustainability of the industry and contribute to national development through the generation of business opportunities and the creation of direct and indirect jobs that are produced around the fair.
“After a slowdown in construction due to the covid-19 pandemic, today we see that construction has resumed showing significant progress in economic and labor reactivation. Investment in construction is a sign of employment and well-being for many families. We hope that this year 2022 the construction industry will be synonymous with opportunities for Chileans”, said Francisco Sotomayor, general manager of Fisa.
The international meeting will be a meeting point between the supply and demand of the industry, creating spaces to establish business relationships and networking, as well as to showcase the innovation and development of the sector.
EDIFICA is organized by the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) and co-organized by FISA, where suppliers, professional visitors and representatives of the public and private sectors meet for commercial exchange, the introduction of new technologies and the improvement of productivity in the execution and operation of large investment projects.
For those who cannot attend in person, they will have the possibility of connecting to Edifica Connect, a platform for exhibiting equipment, innovations and technologies, as well as allowing connections with professionals, decision makers and leading companies in the industry.
Through the virtual modality, people will be able to connect from anywhere with a mobile device to webinars, technical talks and workshops, in addition to the Marketplace that will allow exhibitors to present products and services related to construction, with a quick and advanced search filter for easy navigation.
